100 ahli PKR Lembah Klang masuk Umno

KUALA LUMPUR: Pergolakan Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) terus meruncing apabila 100 ahli dari beberapa bahagian di Lembah Klang, keluar parti kerana tidak percaya terhadap pemimpin parti itu yang lebih mengutamakan agenda peribadi berbanding rakyat.

Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, selaku Pengerusi Badan Perhubungan Umno Wilayah Persekutuan, menerima borang kemasukan ahli PKR itu ke dalam Umno, diketuai Bendahari PKR Wilayah Persekutuan, Norasidi Salim, di sini, malam tadi. [berita penuh]

BATASAN JANGAN DILANGKAHI

The improper use of network facilities or network services, as provided under section 233(1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act.

Under the section, any person who knowingly initiates the transmission of any comment, request, suggestion or other communication which is obscene, indecent, false, menacing or offensive in character with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another person is liable to a fine not exceeding RM50,000 or imprisonment of up to one year.

He will also be liable to a further fine of RM1,000 for every day during which the offence is continued after conviction.
